Founded with Purpose

The word “Al-Riyada” (الريادة) means leadership, innovation, and excellence, values that sit at the heart of this initiative.

Founded by Warda, event planner and creative director of Magic Moments Events, known for delivering elegant and culturally rooted events for over six years.

After years of planning luxury parties and the management of corporate events, Warda saw a need for a space where Arab professionals could grow, authentically and intentionally.

Al-Riyada was born from a desire to unite like-minded Arab individuals who are building careers, launching businesses, and creating meaningful impact, all while staying connected to their culture and community.

Whether you are a business owner, brand partner, startup founder, creative freelancer, corporate professional, or even a student, Al-Riyada offers a safe, inspiring space to learn, grow, and connect with others on a similar path.
